Build strength and focus with this short Warrior Flow class. 

We start with a few rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) and then move into poses that fire up the legs and glutes, such as Utkatasana (chair pose), Alansana (high lunch), Virabhadrasana (Warrior 2). There are some twists and backbends included to give you a well-rounded practice.
