We all deserve to feel safe and secure. It is our birth-right to feel a sense of belonging in our body and in the world we inhabit.

These short practices will help you to cultivate a feeling of safety, stability and grounding in your body/mind and a connection to everything around you.
  
Take the power of savasana, home. Everyone loves the peace and personal solitude that the end of a perfect class brings. You leave feeling spacious, content at one with yourself and the world. This peaceful nature relaxation script was written by Callie and you will be guided by her calm and soothing voice to feel the world drop away as you deeply relax and surrender.

To truly benefit from these recordings I suggest you listen to all 3 as one practice which lasts just over 30 mins. Enjoy!

Recording 1: Sama Vritti Breathing - a simple breathing practise to soothe and calm. Useful in times of anxiousness, overwhelm or when you are feeling disconnected from your body/mind.

Recording 2: Earth Relaxation - A guided relaxation starting with a gentle observation of your body supported by the ground, followed by a forest visualisation where you sit beneath an oak tree and receive its wisdom.

Recording 3: Grounding Meditation - A short meditation using Bhu Mudra and an affirmation to bring in earth energy to body/mind.
