Areas of focus will be the obliques (muscles down the side of the torso), intercostals (between the ribs), latissimus dorsi (the muscle that wraps under the armpit) and the quadratus lumborum (muscle either side of the spine in lower back area). You will also feel a nice stretch into the tensor fasciae latae (the outer hip muscle that when tight, can pull on the IT band that runs along the outside of the thigh and can adversely affect the knee).
