This meditation is inspired by my own personal yoga practice and what I have been doing to stay in touch with my feelings and more importantly my centre, during what continues to be a challenging time.

I identify with the natural state of balance within. I may forget the truth of who I am, but I can return again and again to this place as many times as I need to. I can return to stillness as soon as I notice that I have drifted away from it. Awareness is my friend and even if I leave it, it will never leave me. It will always guide me home again.
