Perfect for improving your ability to forward bend in asana, this class focuses on releasing the tissue of the back body.  Often the hamstrings get the blame for our limited range in forward- bending, but the whole facial line from the soles of the feet to the crown of the head is a connected chain that may be tight and shortened in places; this practice will help to release and lengthen this chain.
