Suitable for Beginners
This yoga practice is a giant hug from me to you.
Yoga offers so many ways to self-soothe and comfort ourselves when we are feeling tired, sad, lonely, afraid or just in need of some support.
You will need a yoga bolster for this class, or if you don't have a bolster, you can use a pillow rolled up and tied into shape with either a yoga strap or a couple of dressing gown ties.
You will also need a blanket (two is better) and a cushion.
I made an error when recording this class and missed out the second side of Crouching Kitten - so, please pause the video after the second side of Side Lying Pose and do Crouching Kitten before continuing.
